1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Gammons Hoaglund website and related services. Please review them carefully before using the site or placing an order. By using https://gammons.com (the “Site”), or otherwise interacting with our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Website Use
The Site and all related services, including the online store, are provided for lawful business use only. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
3. Ordering and Pricing
Orders may be placed through our online store or directly by email, phone, or fax. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Written quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Distributor discounts are available. Please contact our sales team for additional information regarding distributor pricing.
Terms: Net 30 days from the date of invoice for approved accounts. New accounts may require 2–3 business days for setup and approval.
4. Cancellations and Returns
- All products are warranted for 12 months from the date of sale against defects in materials and workmanship.
- All returns require prior authorization and are subject to inspection before a credit is issued.
- Special Orders (custom or non-standard items) are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
- Approved returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- Credits will be issued only after inspection and acceptance of returned goods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- All shipments are made FOB Manchester, Connecticut.
- In-stock catalog items typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- Special Orders may require longer lead times.
- Special Orders are subject to a 10% over/under shipment allowance unless otherwise specified.
- Standard shipping is UPS Ground, prepaid and added (insured over $200) unless other arrangements are made.
- Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Online Store and Payments
Our online store and checkout functions are powered by Shopify. When you place an order through Shopify, your personal and payment information is securely processed in accordance with Shopify’s Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
You may also place orders directly through sales@gammons.com and receive invoices for offline payment. All payments are due Net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may be subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum rate permitted by law.
7. Warranty and Liability
Gammons Hoaglund warrants that its products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of sale. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or modification;
- Normal wear and tear; or
- Products used outside their intended purpose or specifications.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Gammons Hoaglund be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products. Our liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. All personal information collected through this Site, including via Shopify checkout, cookies, or other website tools, is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the data practices described therein.
9. Cookies and Tracking
Our website may use cookies necessary for basic site functionality and the operation of our online store. We do not use non-essential cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking.
If you choose to place an order through our online store, certain cookies or tracking technologies may be used by Shopify in order to process transactions and maintain shopping cart functionality.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Site after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
